PROJECT OVERVIEW

Metairie Towers is a 40+ year old 7 story Condominium property. Property One provides Property Management services to the Association and oversees its maintenance programs. We recently completed two major projects including a roof replacement and a complicated fire system redesign and installation. The fire standpipe system in the building was supplied from the city by an under slab pipe that was failing and leaking in the lobby. Property One suggested and oversaw a successful process of capping this pipe and rerouting the supply up through the stairwells and across the roof reconnecting to the standpipes.
